What happens if I lose my Provident Visa Card or it is stolen?

You can call the Lost & Stolen line 24/7 on 0800 032 8702 to report your card lost or stolen. The Provident Visa Card will be stopped and a refund issued for the remaining balance on your card. If your Provident Visa Card has been used fraudulently, an investigation will take place prior to a refund being issued.
