Just like we offer customers a face to face and personal service, Agents receive the same quality treatment. We will provide you with a wide range of support; not only will we give you all of the help you need on the regulatory aspects but you’ll also get lots of tips and suggestions on how to run the best agency possible as well as a weekly one to one meeting with a local Development Manager.
To begin with you will be placed with a ‘buddy Agent’ who will teach you all you need to know about running your agency including the regulatory and administrative aspects. Many Agents have been running their agencies for years so they will be full of helpful tips and advice.
What support will I receive as a Provident Agent?
- An induction on how to run a successful agency
- One to one weekly sessions with a local Development Manager
- Transparent earnings – each week you will be shown exactly where you have earned your commission. Clearly identifying the areas that you are great at and the areas that you may need more support
- Marketing materials to aid with sales and features of all our loan products
- Communications keeping you up to date with the news from Provident and any incentives
