1. This competition is free to enter and open to UK residents over the age of 18, excluding employees of Provident Personal Credit, Greenwood Personal Credit, Provident Financial, Vanquis and its affiliates or Agents, the families of such employees and any other person connected with this promotion.
2. Entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
3. First prize is £500 in Amazon Gift Vouchers. There are three runner up prizes of a £100 Amazon Gift Voucher. Amazon Gift Vouchers are redeemable online.
4. You will be automatically entered into the prize draw when you complete your name, phone number and email address details at the end of the Provident Personal Credit Social Media survey. You need access to the Internet to enter.
5. Only one entry per person. If multiple surveys are completed, your first completed survey will be counted as your entry and any subsequent entries removed from the draw.
6. Entries will be taken from surveys completed between the 8th September 2011 and 8th November 2011 inclusive.
7. The winners will be randomly selected by an independent adjudicator and will be contacted before 30th November 2011. The name of the prize winners will be made available by request after 30th November 2011 to anyone sending a self addressed envelope to Provident Survey Prize Draw Winners, Marketing Department, No1 Godwin Street, Bradford BD1 2SU
8. Winners will be contacted by Provident Personal Credit using the email address or phone number provided in the entry. Prizes will be delivered to the winners by recorded delivery after the 30th November, and will require identity confirmation of the winner. Reasonable effort will be made by Provident Personal Credit to contact the winners. In the event that contact cannot be made and the prize is not claimed by 1st December 2011 the draw will be held again and that prize awarded to the winner of the second draw. This process will continue until the prize is successfully awarded.
9. There are no cash alternatives to any prizes and the prize is not transferrable.
10. The winners of the prizes may be required to have their name and photograph published for the purpose of publicity.
11. Provident Personal Credit and partner companies associated with this promotion reserve the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value in the event of unavailability due to circumstances beyond their control.
