What do I do if I miss my Agent and I need to make a payment?

If you and your Agent miss each other then don't panic, give your Agent a call and they should be happy to rearrange their visit and come see you within the next few days. If you are unable to get in touch with your Agent and you wish to make a payment, then you can call our payment line on 0800 048 1106 and you can make your payment over the phone using your debit card.
