Hampers

  1. How will I be advised of my delivery date?
    • Your hamper will be delivered in plenty of time for the Christmas festivities. In mid-October you will receive a delivery advice note, letting you know when your Hamper will be delivered and also confirming the address where it will be delivered to. It’s no problem if you need to change this, you will be given a number to call to make an alternative arrangement.

      Please note that if you have ordered multiple hampers and some are frozen, the frozen ones will arrive at a later date to the dry hampers, but don’t worry, they’ll still be with you in time for Christmas!

  2. What will I receive in my hamper?

  3. What if I need to cancel my order?
    • You can cancel your order and receive a refund (less an admin fee) at any time up until we place an order with our supplier at the beginning of September.  Click here for full terms & conditions.

  4. What if I miss a hamper payment?
    • Don’t worry if you miss a payment. Just speak to your Agent as soon as possible to make the necessary arrangements to pay the full amount by the end of the 45 week payment term.
