What happens if I lose my Provident Money Card or it is stolen?

You can call the Lost & Stolen line 24 hours a day, seven days a week, on 0800 032 8702.

Your card will be stopped and a refund issued for the remaining balance on your card, unless we believe fraud has taken place.

If your Provident Money Card has been used fraudulently, an investigation will take place before we decide if a refund can be issued. If the card has been used with your consent then you will be expected to repay the amount.
