1. How does airtime top-up work?

   • Simple. Each month you will receive £10 of credit to your new phone on or around the 15th. As a reminder we will send you a text at the start of the month and when the credit has been applied.

2. What will I get for £10 a month?

   • With Orange Dolphin you will get 300 free texts and free internet. Plus, your £10 credit is still good for 50 minutes of calls to other mobiles or standard UK landlines.

3. What happens if I use more than £10 credit a month?

   • No problem. Simply top up your new mobile like normal at your local shop, online or ATM.

4. Do Orange provide other pay as you go plans?

   • Yes. You can choose from five, but we think the Dolphin plan is best suited to our customers. You are free to change your plan once you are connected. To do this call 450 from your Orange pay as you go phone.

5. Can I keep my phone number?

   • Yes. It doesn’t matter what network you are on, you can keep your number. All the instructions will be in the box with your new phone.

6. Are the phones unlocked?

   • All of the phones (except the SIM free JCB Sitemaster) are locked to the Orange network to give you the best orange experience. But don't worry, it's easy to keep your number and switch to Orange.

      

7. What do I do with my old phone?

   • We are working with mobile cash mate and they can offer you cash for your old or unwanted mobile.
