The Good Neighbour campaign has now closed and we are no longer accepting submissions for funding – thank you to everyone who took part.

Since 2009, the Provident Good Neighbour Community Programme has existed to financially support community organisations which best demonstrate a ‘good neighbour’ approach to their local community.

In 2015, the programme invested over £1 million supporting 37 projects across the UK and Ireland with long-term funding of three years or more.
Throughout 2016 and into 2017, we asked the public to nominate and vote for deserving charities and community projects, providing a total of £45,500 of funding throughout the year.

Since the Provident Good Neighbour Community Programme started, our employees have volunteered 1,352 hours of their own time to support projects and help 15,568 people develop new skills.
