We all know that circumstances can quickly change, so if you find yourself in a situation where you think that you may not be able to make your next repayment or you are struggling with the amount that you need to repay, there are things you can do.
Our teams understand that circumstances can change and they’re here to work with you to get your repayments back on track.
If you have had a change in circumstance, speak to your Rep. This way we can start helping you as soon as possible.
If you don’t feel comfortable discussing your personal circumstances with your Rep during your home visits or over the phone then you can contact us directly:

We appreciate that the last thing you need when struggling to pay on time is additional charges or fees. So you’ll never be charged if you miss or make a late repayment. However, missing or making a late payment could be recorded on your credit file which may affect your ability to get credit in the future.
If you’ve been impacted severely by the coronavirus pandemic, there are a number of services you can use to help support you through this difficult time:
There are foodbanks available for those in need. You can find more information on these two websites:

https://www.trusselltrust.org/get-help/find-a-foodbank/
There may be additional help from the government available as well. Citizen’s Advice can check to see if there are any extra benefits you may be able to get, and let you know if you’re eligible for a crisis loan:

You'll be referred to a specialist team. They will tell you what we will do to help and make sure you're supported. We may ask for more information, but we'll explain what we need and why.
Money issues can be hard to talk about, but help is available if you need it.
