Applying for a Provident loan - Important information


What you'll need


  • Your name and date of birth
  • Your address details for the past 3 years
  • A phone number and email address
  • A bank account in your name, and registered to the address you provide on your application - please note this cannot be a savings account


Proof of ID, address and income


A Representative will call you and they'll need to see your proof of ID, address and income.


The identity document you use must be a photo ID. You'll also need to record a short video of yourself telling us that you would like a Provident loan.

Your Representative will need to take a look at your photo ID and a video of you stating you would like a Provident loan, and complete an affordability assessment.


If accepted you can repay through your bank - or you can choose cash repayments in your home once we're able.
