If we haven't been collecting your payments recently we are really sorry, we won't let our mistake affect you. Unfortunately, it's taking us longer than expected to make sure you all get regular visits.
We know where missed payments are our fault and these won’t affect your credit file or your relationship with us.
If we haven’t been collecting your payments and you have missed either four payments or their equivalent value in the last 20 weeks then you should have received a letter informing you that you are in arrears and inviting you to contact us.
There is no need to be alarmed about this. We are required by law to send all customers in arrears this type of letter but please don’t worry at all.
